My Journey

Glenn’s depth of experience, industry credibility and media insight make him a true alchemist in the realm of food. His leadership, innovation and dedication were forged in the heat of the kitchen environment. He is passionate about helping you and your business thrive. Glenn began his cooking career in Sydney where the frenetic energy, fresh produce and intensity immediately drew him in.

‘For me - it’s all about leaving people better that you found them’.

During his apprenticeship he was introduced to ‘competitive’ cooking in which he excelled, being awarded Apprentice of the Year 1998. Glenn’s thirst for knowledge took him to five-star hotels, the ski fields of Canada and eventually the Michelin starred ‘Harvey’s Restaurant’ in England, where he honed his techniques under French chef Daniel Galmiche. He absorbed a wealth of insight from Daniels’ colleagues - the likes of Heston Blumenthal, Gordon Ramsay and Michel Roux Jnr. Arriving back in Australia, the food culture of Melbourne immediately embraced him – proximity to produce, passionate suppliers, an entrepreneurial mindset – all of it felt right.

He joined Tobie Puttock and Jamie Oliver during the launch of Fifteen Melbourne as Training and Development Chef. Surrounded by TV cameras, high profile chefs and a cohort of young apprentices was exactly the challenge he needed to thrive as a culinary trainer and mentor. He assisted the recruitment of judges Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris and Matt Preston for MasterChef Australia, which completely changed the landscape of food in this country.

Glenn is all about creating the right mindset and strategy to help you and your team thrive. His motivating attitude, passion for food and zest for life will continue to be an inspiration to the clients he works with every day.

Much Respect - Glenn
